Sentoo is an online payment platform built in Curaçao. It allows you to pay online directly from your local bank account, without a separate payment app or account. It is available at participating merchants in Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Maarten.

When your business sends a payment request, you will receive a secure payment link by email. Tap the link, select your bank, and authorise the payment. The process takes under a minute and requires no account registration.

No. You pay directly through your existing online banking — no Sentoo account is required.

Yes. Sentoo processes payments through your bank's own secure environment. AGNDA never sees or stores your banking credentials or card details.

Payment confirmation is typically immediate. Once confirmed, your business receives notification and your deposit is recorded against your booking.

Sentoo payments are bank-authorised transactions and cannot be reversed through AGNDA. For refund or cancellation queries, contact your business directly — the business's cancellation policy applies.

If your payment does not complete, your booking remains unpaid. Use the retry link on the payment page, or ask your business to send a new payment request.

Payment links are valid for 8 hours. If your link has expired, contact your business and ask them to send a new payment request.

Contact the business you booked with. Your booking confirmation email contains the business name and any contact details they provided. AGNDA is the software platform and does not handle your treatment payments.

When you send a client a payment request for a booking priced in XCG or AWG, AGNDA creates a Sentoo payment link via your connected Sentoo merchant account. The client pays through their bank and the funds go directly to your Sentoo merchant account — not to AGNDA.

Add your Sentoo Merchant ID and Secret Key in Dashboard → Settings → Payment. AGNDA uses these credentials to create payment links on your behalf.

Add your own Mollie API key in Dashboard → Settings → Payment. This is separate from AGNDA's own subscription billing — it is used only to create and confirm your business's EUR/USD client deposit payments, directly against your own Mollie account.

You do. Client treatment deposits are paid directly into your own Sentoo merchant account (XCG/AWG) or your own Mollie account (EUR/USD). AGNDA does not receive, hold, or intermediate treatment payments.

Payment links created by AGNDA are valid for 8 hours. The expiry is shown in the payment request email and on the booking detail page.

The payment status updates to expired in your Booking Management. You can reissue a new payment request from the booking detail page — a fresh 8-hour link is created and sent to the client automatically.

Yes. For pending payments with a valid link, use Send Payment Request to resend the same link. For expired payments, use Reissue Payment — this creates a new Sentoo transaction with a new 8-hour window.

No. AGNDA is booking software. Client treatment deposits are processed by your connected payment provider (Sentoo for XCG and AWG services, Mollie for EUR and USD services under AGNDA's current routing) and credited directly to your merchant account. AGNDA only records payment status.
