Data Controller
AGNDA is operated by SVRN-STUDIO, registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 98150464, BTW: NL005312236B85). SVRN-STUDIO is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the AGNDA platform.
AGNDA is software infrastructure for appointment-based businesses. SVRN-STUDIO does not provide medical advice, treatments, or health services of any kind. All services offered through the platform are the sole responsibility of the independent business operators using it.

What We Collect
Business Owner Account Data
Name, email address, business name, business profile details, subscription status, and operating preferences. Collected at registration and managed by you through the dashboard.
Client Booking Data
Client name, email address, phone number, appointment details (date, time, service, specialist), and any internal notes entered by the business operator. Collected when a client submits a booking through an online booking page.
Payment Reference Data
Payment status, transaction references, and deposit amounts. AGNDA does not store card numbers, bank details, or sensitive payment credentials — all payment processing is handled externally by Mollie (EUR and USD payments) or Sentoo (XCG and AWG payments) under each provider’s own compliance standards, depending on the currency configured for the service booked.
Technical & Session Data
Authentication session tokens and server-side logs required to operate and secure the platform. AGNDA does not use analytics cookies, tracking scripts, or advertising technology.
Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- To operate the booking platform and enable appointment scheduling
- To send transactional emails — booking confirmations, payment requests, and status notifications
- To process subscription payments and manage business access
- To authenticate users and maintain session security
- To comply with applicable legal and financial obligations
Legal basis: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in platform security.
Data Retention
Account and profile data is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law. Booking and payment records may be retained for longer periods where required for financial compliance or legal obligations.
