About AGNDA
AGNDA is a software platform for appointment-based businesses, operated by SVRN-STUDIO (KvK: 98150464, BTW: NL005312236B85, Netherlands). It provides booking infrastructure, client management tools, and payment coordination for independent business operators in the wellness, beauty, and medical aesthetic sectors.
SVRN-STUDIO provides AGNDA as a technology platform only. It does not employ therapists, practitioners, or specialists, and is not responsible for the services offered or performed by independent business owners using the platform.
By registering for or accessing AGNDA, you agree to these terms in full.
Business Owner Responsibilities
As a business owner using AGNDA, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate business information, pricing, services, and specialist profiles on the platform
- Managing your own client relationships and communications
- Complying with all applicable local laws, including regulations related to the services you offer
- Ensuring your clients understand the nature of services and any associated risks
- Keeping your AGNDA account credentials secure and confidential
- Promptly updating your account if your business details change
Subscription Terms
Access to AGNDA requires an active subscription. The following terms apply:
Pricing
Subscription prices are shown excluding Dutch BTW (VAT). Where applicable, BTW at the current rate (21%) is added at checkout. All amounts are charged in EUR.
Billing Period
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Each payment covers a 30-day access period beginning from the date of payment.
Renewal
Renewal is currently manual. You will need to initiate payment at the end of each billing period to maintain access. Automatic recurring billing is planned for a future release.
Non-payment
Failure to renew your subscription will restrict your dashboard access and suspend your online booking page. No bookings can be accepted while access is inactive.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may stop using AGNDA at any time. SVRN-STUDIO does not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period. For billing disputes, contact us at hello@svrn-studio.com.
Payment Architecture
AGNDA operates two distinct payment contexts that are strictly separate:
Subscription Payments
Monthly subscription fees are paid to SVRN-STUDIO via Mollie and cover platform access. These payments are not related to any services offered by your business.
Client Treatment Payments
Deposit payments from your clients for treatments are handled separately, through payment infrastructure specific to your business. In the intended production model, these payments flow directly to your own payment account — not through SVRN-STUDIO. AGNDA does not act as a financial intermediary for business revenue.
Note: Client treatment payments are routed to Mollie (EUR and USD) or Sentoo (XCG and AWG), depending on the currency configured for the service booked. Availability of each payment provider depends on your own account status with that provider. SVRN-STUDIO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party payment provider and is not the merchant of record for client treatment payments.
Limitation of Liability
SVRN-STUDIO provides AGNDA on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVRN-STUDIO is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, clients, or bookings arising from platform downtime or technical issues
- Actions, omissions, or services of independent business owners using the platform
- Disputes between business owners and their clients
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of AGNDA is limited to the subscription fees you have paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from your use of AGNDA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
